A neighborhood kitchen built around a 900° oak-burning hearth. Local produce, slow-smoked meats, natural wine and the best Sunday brunch in town.
Ember & Oak started as a weekend pop-up with a borrowed smoker and a long waiting list. Today our open kitchen cooks everything — from charred flatbreads to 12-hour brisket — over seasoned oak.
We work with eleven farms within 80 miles, change the menu with the seasons, and pour wines from small producers who farm the way we cook: honestly.
"The brisket alone is worth the trip. Warm room, smart service, and a wine list that's actually fun to explore."
— Dinner guest"Our go-to for date night. Sit at the counter and watch the kitchen work the fire — it's a show."
— Regular since 2018"Sunday brunch here ruined every other brunch for me. That Dutch baby is unreal."
— Brunch guestTables for up to 8 can be booked online. For larger groups and private events, give us a call.
